North Forest Lights
We went to see the North Forest Lights at Crystal Bridges tonight with a group of friends. We had drinks and light food at our house before and celebrated Angela's and Edie's birthday with cake and cheesecake. The lights were pretty cool.

Turkey Trot and Thanksgiving
We ran in the rain this morning. The race was small...and no one told the front runners where to turn around for the 5k, so Anna, Jack and Kate did a little less than a mile more than a 5k. Elizabeth won her age group of 10 and under, Kate was second, Anna was third. Jack finished 2nd in his age group of 11-14 year old boys. John actually finished 2nd in his age group too! I made these hats for the race, but because it was raining, we didn't actually wear them. We met up with some friends to run, too. We came home and after hot showers, we had a nice family dinner. We ordered some sides and a ham from the Blessings, and I made a cheesecake, turkey, green beans, stuffing and corn. It was a nice afternoon of rest after a big meal!

Dressing the Turkey
The girls and I did some meal prep this morning. We dressed the turkey and got it ready to cook tomorrow. Kate also made a cheesecake with me. We spent the day doing some indoor deep cleaning and straightening up the garage and shed!

Rec Softball
Here is a picture that is up at the Rogers Activity Center showing the girls' softball team from last spring that won the city championship.
Ballet Classes
I watched the girls' ballet classes since it is November and the only month patents can watch. I have actually never really watched them...so I watched all three classes they are in right now, Tuesday's, RAD 3 and RAD 4 and Wednesday's RAD 3. It was really nice to see how much they have learned!
