Nashville--The Toad Mile Race
Anna was invited to compete at Vanderbilt in the high school Toad mile race. She was placed in the second (fastest) heat. She did not have the best start against some really fast girls and spent the race trying to get in a good spot. She ended up running 5:00.57. We had a good time in Nashville and ate dinner with the Bishops after (pizza).

SVdP Alumni Night
The girls were asked to come and speak to the current 5th/6th grade classes and parents at SVdP about their experience graduating from SVdP and then going on to high school.

Mizzou Distance Festival
The girls ran the mile for the first time indoors at Mizzou. Anna ran 4:59.41, Elizabeth ran 5:03.26 and Kate ran 5:05.18. All three qualified for Nationals in Boston. Jack was able to make the trip from Indy and we spent the weekend with him. The girls had a small visit with Mizzou on Saturday while Jack and John hit the range. They met with the coaches and saw the athletic facilities. Saturday night we went to mass and then saw a movie. After brunch on Sunday, we headed home and Jack went back to Indy. It was a great weekend for all of us.
