Bark Park

We took Ollie up to the Bark Park that finally opened close to our house this week. He liked it.

 

Memorial Day

The girls had a 4 mile run and it was hot! We went to Blessings to practice golf and sit by the pool (me). We went to McCarty's house to swim and eat hot dogs. It was a beautiful day.

 

Hazel

We watched Hazel, this sweet puppy that is Ollie's real sister (same parents). She was a lot of fun and a lot of work. She is only 10 weeks old.

 

The Snake!

John saw this snake in his car wheel yesterday and thought it was fake. He drove off quickly and didn't see it in the road. Today, he saw it sitting on top of the fence post in the backyard. We watched it slither down into the post. We had a neighbor help use the hose to poor water down the post, but the snake did not come up. Then, they dumped a little gasoline and the snake came up with its mouth wide open! The neighbor fell off the step stool (but is okay) and John used a hoe to kill the snake. Gross. We are glad it it gone!

 

Fanfare

 The girls danced in three dances this year, RAD 5 (two classes) and their beginning pointe class.
