Rock Chalk Track Meet at KU

 We made a day trip to KU so the girls could each run the 800m indoor to get a time. Anna won the event with a time of 2:18.1. This also qualifiers her to Nationals in Boston in March. Kate was 4th with an indoor PR and very close to her outdoor PR with a time of 2:22.08. Elizabeth was 5th with a PR of 2:22.29. It was a flat 200m track so the times do convert on an oversized track or banked track. Anna's would be around 2:16 and Kate and Elizabeth are around 2:20.

Arkansas Basketball Game

 John and the girls went to the Arkansas vs. Georgia. Arkansas won by 1 point. It was a close game!

Arkansas Gymnastics Meet

 We try to go every year to watch the gymnastics in Fayetteville. Emma usually goes with us, too. The razorbacks won against Denver and Texas Womens. 

Arkansas High School Indoor Track Meet

 The girls ran the mile and the 4x800m relay at the Arkansas indoor meet. They were a little disappointed with their miles times that were a little slower than the previous week. Anna finished 10th (5:12.42) running in the first (fastest) heat. Kate and Elizabeth ran in the second heat. Elizabeth was 14th (5:16.50) and Kate was 22nd (5:23.24). The 4x800m relay finished second and set an Arkansas indoor state record with a time of 9:31.79. Anna's split was 2:18.75, Elizabeth's split was 2:25.51, Kate's split was 2:26.53, and Kayla's split was 2:21.01.
