The perk of living close to family. Jack had some extra time this holiday weekend so he drove to Fort Wayne and saw Mimi, Chiz, Aunt Mary, Sue Sue, Sarah, Mike and Sarah. They ate dinner together and then breakfast the next day. Mimi did Jack's laundry. Quick trip, but I think Jack liked to see everyone.
We went to a Korean restaurant for John's birthday and then had ice cream cake at home.
First day of college for Jack. He sent us this picture (that I made him take!). He also had his media pictures taken.
The girls played at Fayetteville Country Club in the Bulldog Classic. Kate was medalist with a score of 73. Anna was 5th with an 81. Elizabeth was 8th with an 84. Rogers Mounties won. It was a rainy day.
We have been going to Shoguns for the girls' birthday for many years. It is so good, but so much food.
The sports teams were recognized at the Mountie preview night. I was not there but I this picture was on IG.
We have been asked (as well as the girls) if they are all sharing a car. Yes, they are. For now. They all do the same sports and school so for now we will try to make it work. They all love to drive so they each picked two days during the week to drive so there would be less fighting. No one is technically scheduled for Sunday. Anna drives on Friday, so she was the first driver going to early morning practice.
Blessings had a little shout-out to Jack and Cohen who are leaving to play college golf.
