Springfield

After the Jack's tournament was cancelled, we headed home, but Jack stayed back with some of the families that were going to spend the day there. He went to the science museum, then to Branson to eat at Joe's Crab Shack (he told us he liked the crab) and then rode some go-karts and then they brought him home. He has a great day with his friends.

Beauty and the Beast, Take Two

John was able to take the girls to see the movie today. They really liked it!

Castle Rock Resort

We stayed at a cool resort with an attached waterpark. The kids enjoyed swimming and playing Thursday night and Friday morning.

Friday in Branson

We spent the morning in Branson and got lucky before the rain came through. We swam in the hotel again before checking out, then headed to the downtown to look at the shops and waterfront. The kids picked out a toy from Dick's 5&10. The water display was so cool to watch, too. We ate a Mel's Hard Luck Diner. The waitresses took turns singing while we waited for our food. One sang right to Jack, "Killing Me Softly" which was funny. After lunch, we headed up to Springfield for Jack's baseball tournament in the rain.
