Southeast Shootout

Jack played in the Southeast Shootout. They lost to the Junction Dogs in a close game. Jack had one walk and one hit in the last inning of the game. He drove in one run on a double that hit the fence. His teammate tried to score from first to tie the game, but was out at home. Jack pitched 1 1/3 innings in that game. The final score was 7-6. Bracket play started Sunday morning with a win to the Shockers 9-0.  Jack had one at-bat, hit and run in that game. They played his old team next and won 8-6. He had one strike out and one walk in that game. They won the championship game against the Rays 6-3. He had one at-bat, one run, one hit, one RBI in that game. This is the first time Jack has made it to a championship game and first time he won a ring. It was a long day at the ball park, but also a good day.
