Tri-Fest for MS

The girls participated in their second triathlon tonight. Jack wasn't able to because he had golf practice. They did a 75 meter swim, 2 mile bike and 0.6 mile run. Anna finished 4th in her age group, with a total time of 16:43.87. Her swim was 3:16/100y rate, bike was 14.0 mph and her run was 7:32/mile pace. Kate finished 5th in her age group right behind Anna with a total time of 17:06.86. Her swim was 3:14/100y, bike was 13.0 mph and run was 7:38/mile pace. Elizabeth finished 10th with a total time of 19:25.27. Her swim was 3:14/100y, bike was 11.0 mph and run was 8:24/mile pace.
