Running up Tiger

About a month ago on the way to the track I told the kids the hill we were driving on was the same hill I trained on for my marathon. I did a hilly 1.75 mile warm up, then 5-6 hill repeats (0.3 mile hill), then ran 1.75 back home (hilly). On the way back from track that day, they asked to run the hill. It has become a thing now and they ask to run it almost every track practice.
