Sunday: Duke University & UNC Chapel Hill

After Marie's swimming, we decided to drive to Durham to see Duke University and UNC. We walked the campus of Duke and saw the chapel and the gardens. It was a pretty campus, but the surrounding town was a little rough. UNC in Chapel Hill was beautiful. It would be the place to live in North Carolina.

Sunday: AAU Nationals: Marie's Swimming

We were able to watch Maire swim in two of her events on Sunday. She swam great and set a many PRs.

Elizabeth and I snuck over to the track to pick up the sweatshirts between Marie's events

 

Lost Springs Jr. Championship

All the kids played in the jr. championship yesterday and today. They played the back 9 holes each day. Jack finsihed first (39-34). Elizabeth finished second (43-43), Anna was third (43-47) and Kate finished fourth (45-47). It was over 100* each day.
