Dress Rehearsal for Nutcracker

My sweet friend Edie got these for me of the girls backstage at the dress rehearsal tonight.

 

RHS vs FHS JV

RHS played in their first game of the season at FHS tonight. It was a close game and RHS was leading the entire game until the last few minutes. It went into OT (Jack had a shot at the end of regulation to win--a 3 pointer that almost went in!). RHS won in OT 47-50.

 

SVdP vs. Thomas Jefferson

 The girls played Thomas Jefferson last night in Missouri. They won a close game, 15-10. Kate scored 5 points (one 3 pointer) and Elizabeth scored 6 points. They played great defense!

I spent the day cooking dinners...because I always run out of ideas during the week.

Thanksgiving Day

We spent the day not doing much of anything. We walked Ollie, ran a few miles, and then walked on the beach in the afternoon. We had tacos for dinner with pumpkin pie.

I finished my project last week and started to write up the last two chapters of my paper. We also got a dusting of snow!

Beach Day

 We spent the day at the beach. The boys played golf. It was pretty warm, mid 70s and the sun felt nice. The girls got in the ocean a few times and made a big mountain. We came back home and the adults went to dinner at the Craft Bar.
