The girls ran in Van Buren tonight. The weather was perfect. Anna ran the 1600m (5:15.28--a PR, 2nd place), the 400m (1:02.19--a PR, and it was only about 20 minutes after her fast 1600, 5th place), and the 4x400m relay (62 split, 2nd place). Kate ran the 4x800m relay first leg (2:28, first place and meet record) and the 1600m (5:27.86, 4th place). Elizabeth ran the 3200m again to try to prequalify for state and won it with a PR 11:22.39.
