Music City Carnival
Elizabeth ran the 2k steeple (which she has not practiced since last year at this time) and finished second with an 18 second PR (7:04.78.) She fell on the last water jump! Kate ran the 3200m for the last time this year (11:03.84). It was a quick trip, the girls and I flew out early Thursday, ran Friday and flew home early Saturday morning.
