Easy Bake and Skating

GeeMaw and I helped the girls use their easy bake oven again. We made 11 cake balls (and it took us 2 hours!). They turned out good, though. After, while the boys were watching football, the girls were playing with their roller skates outside. They all love them, but Kate uses them the most.

Everyone watched the Ohio State game and the girls asked to go to bed around 10. They were too tired to make it up until the ball dropped. Jack played euchre with John, GeeMaw and PeePaw until the ball dropped. It was a very low key, but fun New Years Eve.

Bowling with PeePaw and GeeMaw

PeePaw and GeeMaw came to our house on the way back to Las Vegas to stay for a few days. Today, we took the kids bowling. PeePaw and GeeMaw play in a league. We played three games and each of the girls won a game. I think Anna had the highest total (94).

We ate dinner at a place called A-Q Chicken (Arkansas Quality). The chicken was excellent, but the fried peaches with ice cream was probably my favorite dessert of all time.

Arkansas Basketball

Jack took two friends to the Arkansas basketball game tonight and since PeePaw was in town, he went too. They played Florida and lost by a few points. G-ma and the girls and I ate dinner before with them at Neuks, then came home and watched a Barbie Christmas Carol.
