Well, it was an up and down year...hip injury early, then achillies tendonitis that put me in a boot in the fall for 6 weeks. In the middle, I PR'd in the Bentonville Half 1:43, and BQ'd at Mt. Charleston 3:36:42. I learned to convert some of my runs to swims and bikes...and added community fit workouts and yoga.
