All three girls ran in the Freshman 800m race. Kate and Elizabeth were in the first (slowest) heat. Kate won the heat and had a huge PR (2:23.21). Elizabeth was behind her with a PR of 2:26.90. Anna ran in the 4th heat and ran a PR of 2:21.77. Anna finished 20th, Kate finished 26th and Elizabeth finished 54th. After the race, Anna's calf was sore so she and I stayed behind and watched the meet at the house while the rest of the moms and girls went to walk the Freedom Trail. The girls didn't wear a coat...and it was cold! They ended up walking 5-6 miles and were slightly miserable. The moms went to eat at Harvard Square (pizza) and then went back to the house.
