We went to the meet early to watch Kayla run the 800, KG pole vault and Lilly run the mile. In the evening, Kate and Elizabeth ran the 4x800. Their team finished 23rd. They were all a little slower than seed time, 9:43.29. Kate ran 2:29.75. She said her calf was a little sore. Elizabeth ran a 2:27.91. The boys ran the 4x400 after the girls' relay. This track was really cool to be at and run on. After the meet, we headed to the North End to eat dinner at Lucia Restaurante. Then we got cannolis at Mike's Pastry. Monday is an early travel day home--and back to reality!
