Saint Projects
The girls finished their saint projects this week. Anna picked St. Valentine, Kate picked St. Catherine of Siena and Elizabeth picked St. Elizabeth of Hungary.

First Running Club
Our little club has grown! This year we have about 60 kids that signed up (but they don't all come every time). At the first scheduled meeting today, there were 36 kids. They ran 68.5 miles as a group! Most kids ran 2-3 miles. We start at 7:10 and finish at 7:40. It is so exciting to see these kids excited about running!
Jack wore his Rush Running jersey. He is so proud of it from last year.

Softball Season
The girls have been having a lot of fun this year playing machine pitch softball. They have all hit the ball--finally. Elizabeth does a modified bunt to hit it because she is slightly afraid of the ball, but she makes it work for her. Anna has been playing pitcher and she is very serious about this new job. She actually is pretty good at it and at the last game, she almost caught a pop fly right back to her. She is not afraid of the ball. She has also played a little at first base. Kate has been playing thrid base and Elizabeth played center field.
