Softball Tournament Game #1

The girls had their first tournament game tonight. They had a bye in the first round last night. They were ranked first in their league with 9 wins and no losses. Anna hit three for three with one double and scored three runs. Kate hit three for three with one double and three runs. Elizabeth hit three for three with three runs. The girls won 16-5. On to the championship game this Friday!

Chuck E Cheese

We went to Chuck E Cheese with some friends today. The kids had pizza and had fun playing games for a little bit.

Elizabeth's Tooth

She lost her 6th tooth tonight! And, she thought I was the tooth fairy! She saw me in her room before I went running and asked me what I was doing. I told her I was getting up to go running so she asked me to check the box to see if the tooth fairy had come. I had to take it into the bathroom with he light, but I told her there was a $1 in the box! She told me she thought I was the tooth fairy!

Baseball Tournament

We traveled to Conway for the State Warm up tournament. Express played Saturday morning and evening. Jack pitched one inning in the first game with one strike out, and two ground outs and no earned runs. He struggled at the plate with two strike outs, one hit and one pop up to center 4 at-bats on Saturday and two strike outs on Sunday. The team won the first game on Saturday, lost the second and in the bracket play on Sunday, lost to the team they beat on Saturday!

Naturals Baseball Camp

All the kids participated in the Naturals baseball camp this morning. The girls wished they used softballs instead of baseballs, but they still had a good time learning to run the bases and hitting in the batting cages. After the camp, they were able to get some of the Naturals autographs and have hot dogs, chips and pop. It was a fun morning.
