NCA Cheer Camp

The girls completed two days of camp put on my National Cheerleaders Association. This is their first experience with cheerleading and they really did enjoy it. They did not love wearing a mask for seven hours...but it was worth it. They learned how to properly stunt (all three are flyers) and also the basics of cheer and dance. They are excited to cheer this year at school. This is the first year for cheer at SVdp and I am helping coach. They performed for the teachers on the second day of camp since it was the teacher's first day back at school. 

 

Ballet Intensive

The girls did a ballet intensive all week at the Conservatory. They enjoyed their friends and modern classes. They had to wear a mask the whole time!

 

This is 20!

This is 20 years married! We had dinner at Oven and Tap and then got ice cream at Trash. 

 

JBU Track Meet

The kids ran in a track meet to finish up the summer today. Anna, Kate and Elizabeth all ran 100, 200 and 400 and a relay. Jack ran the 100 and the 200. They really enjoyed Coach Mike this summer and running track. Hopefully we can continue again once cross country and golf end at school.
