State Golf Rings!

Jack and his team received their state golf rings tonight at the Fayetteville basketball game. The rings are huge! The JV lost to Fayetteville 9-44. The girls sat in the student section for the first time ever at the varsity game. 

The Snow

 We got about 2-3 inches of snow. School was cancelled Tuesday and Wednesday because of it. We stayed warm inside. 

Llikely One of my Coldest Runs

 I knew there was a bunch of snow predicted and I wanted to run outside before it all came. It was cold! Colleen and Beth ran with me and we bundled up and made it through 8 miles. 

Arkansas High School Girls Indoor Meet

 Kate and Elizabeth were only entered in the relays this meet. The goal was to qualify to Boston New Balance Nationals in the 4x800 and to run the 4x400 to get splits. They qualified with a new Rogers High School record and Arkansas indoor state record time of 9:37.12. Kayla fell at the line (tripped) but managed to roll off the track and not get injured. Kate ran a PR of 2:27.55 and Elizabeth ran a PR of 2:28.05. Their time is ranked #16 in the nation. The 4x400 was the last event of the night! Kate ran a 1:07.54 and Elizabeth ran a PR of 1:05. 08. 

Touch of Snow= No School

 Just barely a dusting...but school was cancelled! So Kate and Elizabeth went to the community center to run a few miles. Anna has been keeping up on the bike and pool.
