Triplet Moms Dinner

 I connected with some triplet moms for dinner. It has been a while since I have seen them and it is always nice to catch up.

 They love the heating pads. Treats must be broken in small pieces and even then, they may not eat them. They love to sleep!

Prentice Gudgen Invitational at Pitt State

 The girls ran their first indoor track meet at Pitt State. This is a nice one to do because it is only about 90 minutes away from us and the track is oversized (300m). They only did the 3k this year trying to hit standards for New Balance Indoor Nationals. Elizabeth finished right behind Sam with 10:10.22 in second place. She was 28 seconds faster than last year at this meet. She needed 10:10.92 for the 5k entry at nationals. Anna was third (10:16.57). She ran this almost a minute faster than last year. Kate finished 5th 10:29.61 which is about 20 seconds faster than last year. They ran at 9pm! It was a late night. It is nice that Jack was able to join John and I to watch them before going back to school tomorrow.
