After numerous outfits and mind-changing by all the girls, they decided to match going to school on the first dress down day of the year. However, this outfit was a different pick from the one they had laid out the night before where Elizabeth and Kate were wearing their soccer jerseys and Anna picked out a dress. Then they decided they wanted to wear black and white since the kindergarten was having black and white day. Not sure why, since they are not kindergartners...anyway, I have to say that I am glad they wear a uniform so we don't have to go through this everyday.
Jack was careful to pick out his outfit too, he wanted to make sure the shorts were long enough (they are being really picky with the uniform code this year--three strikes and they are sent to a detention before school. And the kids are getting strikes for having shirts untucked, not wearing socks that cover their ankles, or not wearing white-only socks. Jack got a warning the second day of school for wearing a white sock with a little green by the ankle. Jack has told me there are kids in his class already in detentions). He also wanted me to help him match correctly.
