Kate had to clip down this week for the first time because she cut her hair at school. Yep. The teacher found the hair on the floor and had all the girls with blonde hair stand up and asked each one if they cut their hair. When she got to Kate, she said, "only a little." I'm actually glad she didn't lie about it. The bangs are cute (although, I didn't admit that to her) and it could have been a lot worse. She was upset with clipping down on her behavior chart, but the next day I got a text from her teacher telling me Kate was very well behaved and there were a lot of "yes ma'ams" from her.
Speaking of behavior, Elizabeth had a great day on Tuesday this week and made a home run. She clipped up to single, double, triple to home run. She was only the second person in her class all year to make a home run and she was given a baseball bat and ball key chain. She was all smiles that afternoon when I picked her up from school and her sisters were very happy for her, too.
