The girls had their first basketball game today. They woke up so excited to play and were changed into their uniforms very early. Upward does not keep score, but Jack kept track of the game points. He said it was 36-32 (Falcons won). For teams of kindergarten and first grade girls, I think it was fairly high scoring by both teams. Kate scored eight points and Elizabeth scored four. It was fun to watch them as they begin to learn the rules of the game.
