Cedar Point

WE set out pretty early for Cedar Point today. The Druelles, Wakefields, Szczepanskis and Granddad all came too. Elizabeth was just a smidge under 48 inches so she started out with the little girls, but soon was pretty upset when she saw the tiny rides she had to do. We put a bun on top of her head and had her remeasured and they gave her the 48" wrist band and she met up with the other girls. However, she still had some trouble getting on a few of the rides. She was able to do a lot of them and still had a better time than staying with the little girls. I don't like roller coasters at all, so I helped watch Lauren and stayed with Julie and Sarah with the little girls most of the day. Mid-day, we made a trip to the car to change clothes since the older kids did a water ride and were soaked. We stayed until 8:30p and then drove back home. It was a long, exhausting day--but it seemed the kids could go on forever and didn't want to leave!

We had breakfast at McDonalds before going into the park

The Blue Streak

Hoping the bun would give her another 1/4 inch!

Driving the cars ended up being a favorite for the girls--they did this ride about four times

I had to do a few small rides with the little girls
I wasn't supposed to take this picture--whoops! That is Maggie and I on the bottom left corner
