The girls took a week off from running after their cross country season and they are back at it getting ready for indoor track. They were supposed to do a 45 min-1 hour hilly run this morning. They ran with their friend, Landon who is younger but so fast. I followed them in my car since I had already ran that morning. It was such a pretty time of day to run.
