Well, this is supposed to be a fast course. So we hopped in the car with the Beshears and drove to Huntsville, AL to run in it. It rained on Friday...and it rained on Saturday. The course was so muddy and slow. Kate ran in the gold division and ran a 19:46.6. She was 163rd in her race. Anna and Elizabeth ran in the silver race and Anna finished 43rd (20:32.21) and Elizabeth finished 75th (20:59.90). After the race, they jumped into the freezing pond because they were so full of mud. It was a long ride home, but a fun weekend with friends.
