I got this note from the doctor that did my mouth surgery when I was 23 weeks pregnant with the girls. I was so thankful for his care at the time. I send him notes and Christmas cards each year. He will send me cards or notes each year. I think it is so special that he takes the time to do this. It really gets me this time of year.
