Elizabeth got hit with the flu this week so she did not run in the distance festival but we made the trip with Anna and Kate running the mile. Kate was a little off the two days before with headaches and sore throat, but she felt well enough to run. They both ran PRs. Anna finished third 5:07.32 which will qualify her to run at nationals in Boston next month. Kate finished fourth 5:09.66. Considering Kate was running a fever by the time we made it home, it was a great run for them both.
