Jack's two roommates from his dorm both left IU to play soccer at other schools. Jack did not want to stay in the dorm by himself at the semester, so he decided to move in the golf house. It is a house owned by a senior golfer who is also a realtor on the side. There are 5 boys that live there, but not an extra bedroom for Jack. He decided to wall off the foyer and make a little room off the front door to live in. We spent 3 days in Indy building it. It snowed and got so cold (windchills -20). Grandmom was a big help in figuring out how to do this without making it permanent. We ended up using bookcases from IKEA and hooking them to the kitchen wall. He even has a "door" that is a curtain. It is a nice little space. Abby came to help us build it and get him moved out of the dorms and into his new room!
