Splash Park

Today, we took all the kids to a splash park near our house. It was so much fun! Jack surprised me by running all over. Last year he would have never run through a tunnel like this below and got water in his face. After playing in the water for a while, we ate lunch and then Jack played on the playground for a while before going back to the splash park again! He was one tired boy when we left.

Little Ladybugs

Madeleine got some great pictures of the girls today. I'll have to warn her sister, Maura, who is our photographer, to watch out!

Hope they make you smile : )

First Tooth for One of the Girls

I am left with only two toothless infants as of today. That's right, one of the girls sprouted a tooth. Can you guess? My tiniest baby, only 3 lbs. 1 oz. at birth, my Elizabeth (or Elizzy, as Jack calls her). She has just the smallest little white speck of her right lower central incisor. And we would have never guessed it, she has been so happy. At 9.5 months, she is just about the age Jack was when he got his first tooth (and Jack was a great teether too). My Elizabeth, the smallest, but the mightiest!

One down, eighty-three to go. The question is, who will be next?

"That There is an RV"

Jack went to his first White Sox game in style! He traveled there with John, the Scudder family and the Frazier family in a RV! They ordered Jimmy Johns, had lunch on the way and ice cream at the game! He had a great time and the White Sox beat the Indians. I stayed home with the girls...maybe next year we will all go!

Jack

Nicky and Uncle Mike. Nicky and Jack play together a lot. Walking home from church earlier that day, Nicky, who takes baseball very seriously,  informed Jack he wasn't going to talk to him at the game because he was going to be watching baseball. Jack replied, "I won't talk to you either." I am sure they exchanged words during the game. ;)

Three Dresses

These dresses on the girls are so cute. They were gifts from their great Aunt Mary and we loved them on the girls!

Pet Parade

Today, we went to the Pet Parade in La Grange. Unfortunately, it rained! Actually, it poured. Jack had fun, and thankfully we have a rain cover for the triple stroller, so the girls stayed mostly dry. We ended up leaving early and coming home to dry off! There's always next year! Because of the rain, I didn't get a single picture of the kids at the parade, but here are some pictures taken at home.
