Trick-or-Treating

Tonight we went trick-or-treating with the Szczepanski family. It was the first time trick-or-treating with the girls. They stayed back in the wagon, not having a clue what was going on, but Jack went up to every house with their pumpkins saying, "We have three little pigs we need candy for too." Needless-to-say, we ended up with quite a bit of candy this year.

Grandmom went up with Jack to explain why he was asking for candy to fill four pumpkins

After about an hour, Jack was tired and asked to ride in the wagon and, "skip this house". We ended up pulling the kids back to the car.

Jack's Jack-o-lantern

We finally got around to carving our pumpkin. It seems that we have been so busy lately! Grandmom was a big help this year, usually John carves the pumpkin, and every year the pumpkins look very similar. Not this year. Grandmom's carving looks good!

Jack wasn't too sure about scooping out the seeds this year

The girls slept through the carving, but here they are in there Halloween PJs from Aunt Ryann and Uncle Neil.
They are loving these walkers right now. Anna is taking so many steps by herself. Kate and Elizabeth will take a few before losing their balance now.

Quick Visit

I took the kids to WS for a quick trip to see family and friends. The girls were supposed to have their NICU follow-up appointment today, but we ended up not being able to go. However, it was a nice excuse to visit everyone anyway!

Fall Family Pictures

We had Ryann take these pictures a few weeks ago and it took me some time to post them. Considering the ages of the kids, I think they turned out good. There are quite a few of them, and I had a hard time narrowing them down. Thanks Ryann!
