Swim Meet

Jack swam in his first (and probably his last) swim meet tonight. He didn't not want to swim, and actually does not enjoy swim team, but I wanted him to do the team this summer and compete in one meet. He swam in the 100m relay freestyle boys 7/8. He also swam in the 25m freestyle. I don't have his actually times, but they were around 30-35 seconds. He finished 4th in his heat of 6 in the 25 free. He spent most of the meet watching the baseball players since the pool backs up to the fields. I'm thinking he is not going to be a swimmer, but at least he tried. He came in 15th out of 21 boys ages 7 and 8 and his time was 36:43.
