Christmas at the Gym

The girls were so excited to go to the gym. They have been talking about it since their birthday. Kate was not feeling well this morning with a  croupy cough, so I took her in to the doctor before we went to get her some medicine. The girls never stopped once they got there and learned a few new tricks. Kate and Elizabeth did their back walk-over on the high beam and they also did a round-off back handspring back tuck on the floor. Unfortunately, Aunt Ryann also was doing back tucks on the floor and hit a dead spot and tore her achillies tendon. The end of the evening was not very fun.

It has been so cold!
