The girls had a great Nutcracker this year. They have been waiting three years for this part which included a lot of gymnastics. Anna and Elizabeth started the dance by peeking out from each side of the curtains and then they each came on stage. Anna went first and did a front walk-over and a one handed front walk-over. Then Elizabeth did a cartwheel back walk-over, back walk-over before curtsying and then running to Mother Ginger who had a huge skirt this year with the rest of the Gingerbread Polichinelles under it. They all came out two-by-two, including Kate. At the end of the dance, the girls all rushed under Mother Ginger's skirt, except Kate and another girl each did a round-off back handspring while waving to Clara and the audience before running off the stage after Mother Ginger. It was really pretty cool for them to each be on stage basically by themselves. They enjoyed all the dress rehearsals and the two shows. Grandmom, Granddad, Mimi, Aunt Susie and Amy all came to watch them this year and they were so excited to see all of them!
