Rice Bowls

Each year, the students are given boxes during lent to collect change to donate to the people of Haiti. This year, the girls made a bunch of bracelets and sold them outside during a cold, wet day. Jack helped sell them, too. They ended up making just over $42 in about five hours. Their teacher was so proud of them, it was turned into a "kindness act" and the principal read about their act over the announcements last week.
