Anna is close to being able to run again but did not for the conference meet. She is getting ready for state next week. Kate and Elizabeth are both qualified to run in the 1600 and Kate in the 800 and Elizabeth in the 3200. They ran the 4x8 relay with MJ and Kayla yesterday and broke the state record 9:11.42. Elizabeth started with a split of 2:17.7 and Kate was second with a split of 2:16.8. There was a break and then they ran the 1600 later in the evening 5:05.23 (Elizabeth) and 5:05.37 (Kate). They both have been sick so it was a pretty good run.
