Kate and Elizabeth ran in the Kansas City Relays. The weather was really bad Friday evening, so the 3200m got cancelled. It was pushed to the next morning. It was windy and cold and they did not run well at all. Elizabeth ran 11:21.68 and Kate ran 11:30.62. They ran the mile race in the evening. They went out with the lead pack, but the pack was slow. They ended up racing very well, but their times were not the best. Kate ran 5:07.45 and Elizabeth ran 5:08.59.
