What the Girls are doing at Age Four Months!

Four months old! Here are some of their accomplishments:



* Smiling more frequently

* Some giggles and laughs

* Hitting at toys and grabbing toys

* Holding rattles

* Entertaining themselves under play mat for longer stretches of time

* Sitting in Bumbo for longer stretches

* Sleeping all night in their cribs--730pm-7am

* Sucking hands and really staring at their hands

* Loving the swing with the fish

* Loving the fish tank in their cribs

* "Talking" at us and toys

* Cooing more frequently

* Eating 5+ ounces in their bottles

* Eating strictly fortified breast milk in three bottles a day and nursed twice

* Loving their big brother

* Loving their pacifiers

* Loving their bouncy chairs

* Love lazy Sundays with the fire going all day--they really seem to sleep more

* Wearing newborn clothes

* Kate and Elizabeth are unswaddled at night

* Eating on a schedule, but naps during the day are sporadic

Elizabeth was the first to laugh--Anna's first laugh was yesterday. Kate hasn't laughed yet.


Elizabeth. Today on the home scale she is 6 lbs 14 oz.

Kate. Today she is 6 lbs 15.5 oz. (Almost to the 7 lbs mark!!)

Anna. Today she is 7 lbs. 12.5 oz.

They see the doctor for their four month check tomorrow, so I will post their stats then.
