Spring Break Days

Well, we are finding things to do this spring break. We made a trip to the library (how lucky are we to have such a nice library so close?), and today we went to the mall to play (yes, it is still 30s outside, so we have to find things to do inside) and then Jack bought a watch with his own money that he is so proud of. He wanted a watch with an alarm and when we got home, he told me to set it for 5 PM so it would wake him from his little nap he was going to take (it was 2 PM). Jack and I have been reading a lot of the Magic Tree house Books. We finished almost four books so far. He really gets into reading them and following the stories. I think it helps the characters are named Jack and Annie. He also likes to read the chapters at the beginning of the book along with the page numbers and then he memorizes the pages the new chapters start on...that kids loves numbers and facts! We also have been playing games! I have been doing some spring cleaning as well. The next few days are supposed to be warmer so hopefully we can get outside some. Today we finished our errands (no, we are NOT seeing Erin much to Elizabeth's disappointment) with some ice cream.
