BFF- Bentonville Film Festival

So, our little town was the setting for a film festival this past week. Geena Davis and Trevor Drinkwater hosted it promoting female producers and diversity in filmaking. All week, there were different films to watch around the area. On Thursday, Rosie O'Donnel and Geena Davis reinacted parts of a softball game from the movie, "A League of their Own" at the Naturals Field. There were booths downtown all day giving away free hot dogs, BBQ sliders, mac and cheese, fried pickles, soft drinks, candy and much more. The kids and I went down there for dinner twice! Hey, it was free and John was out-of-town so I didn't have to cook or clean--totally worth it! There was also a place to get free hairstyles and make-up, live bands and puppies to adopt. The closing night award ceremony was hosted by Courteney Cox and Bruce Dern.
Bentonville is such a unique place to live. Small town living, but don't tell Bentonville that, it thinks it's a big town.
