Baseball Bracket Games

The team made it into the upper flight for the bracket because they were seeded 7 after the pool play games on Friday. They placed the top 11 in the top bracket and 12-21 in the bottom bracket. Their first game was against another Express team that they have beaten once this year and also lost to. Today, it was a close game. We were ahead going into the last inning, but they scored 6 runs including a home run! We had the last at bat and needed 4 runs to win. The boys came through with some great hits and won the game. Jack had one hit and one strike out that game. The second bracket game the boys lost by one. Jack scored twice on two walks. The team ended up 8th out of 21 teams.
