It's a Wrap Baseball Tournament

Jack's team played well this weekend. They won both of their games on Saturday. In the first game, Jack was hit by a pitch twice, had one hit and one walk. He scored three times. They won 11-9. In the second game, he had three at-bats, three hits and three runs. One of the hits was an inside the park home run! He also pitched the first 2 (of 3) innings of that game. He got the win. Pitching, he had one hit, one walk, two strike outs and no earned runs in those two innings. The team won 18-2. They were seeded second going into the bracket play on Sunday, but because of the rain, it was cancelled so they ended up second for the tournament. They are pretty excited to get a silver ring. The coach is going to give them out at practice as a surprise this week.

Another mom sent me these photos. Jack is number 16. She was trying to get all the dads in the photo with the boys on Saturday.
