Kate ran the 800m today. Anna decided to withdraw from it to save her legs for the 1500m tomorrow. She finished 3rd in her heat with a 7 second PR. She was 26th overall with a time of 2:30.10. After the race, we went to Lower Cascade State park for a short hike to a beautiful waterfall. We ate dinner after at the Olympic Family Restaurant.
