Tuesday: AAU Nationals: 1500m

Anna and Elizabeth ran the 1500m today. They were in the same heat. They stuck together the entire race and finished 4th and 5th in their heat (28th and 30th overall). Anna ran 5:16.43 (PR by 8 seconds). Elizabeth also had a PR of 8 seconds, 5:16.64. After the race, we left and drove to Charleston.
