The girls had to get in a workout because they had a golf match after school and wouldn't be able to go to cross country practice. They had 3 minutes at 6:45-7, one minute recovery, 2 minutes at 6:30-6:45 with one minute recovery, and 1 minute at 6:15 pace with one minute recovery. Then they repeated that 2 more times (3 times total). They nailed it!
