And this is what happens when your realtor sets up a 7:30-8:15 showing on your house without asking you first and the prospective buyers show up at 8:15 and stay for 30 minutes. All the while the kids are playing in the neighbor's yard (we love our neighbors!) and getting tired by the minute.
