The girls ran in a slower heat in the morning because we had to catch our flight to Italy in the evening. Anna has never ran the 3200m but wanted to run it. She ended up winning her heat with a time of 10:53.26. Elizabeth was right behind her with a PR of 10:57.36. Kate finished with a small PR of 11:16.78.
