The Dells--Friday, July 9

Today, we got up and headed for the water parks! We spent the morning at an indoor one, called Wild Waterdome and John and I escaped and went down a few water slides at the connected outdoor water park, New Frontier. I have to say, I am not much into these. Maybe it is a sign I am getting old! After lunch and naps, we went to another water park outside which was really great for the little babies because it had zero depth entrance baby pool. Elizabeth LOVES the water, which we knew. She would sit and splash and splash and she would get water in her face and she didn't care! Kate took a little while to warm up to the water. She was not in to it in the morning, but by the afternoon, she did much better. Anna, well, it just depended on her mood. She is a mama's girl lately and just wants to be held--water or no water. So, she did Ok at the parks. Jack liked the wave pool in the morning and floated for a while with John. He also found a kid-sized slide that he must have went down fifty times!

My helpers arrived in the morning to feed the girls and get them ready for the fun-filled day

The first water park. My mom is trying to get Anna used to the water.

Kate found a place to rest. She was so tired of her sisters waking her up from naps early, she fell asleep on this!

After naps and lunch, Kate comes back for more.

Guess where Anna is?
Here she is, of course!

Jack and John take a break. Jack loved his little chair.
This bucket dumped water every few minutes. When it did, the girls would be sitting in deeper water and we had to watch that they didn't float away. If you look closely, my mom is holding Jack!
It looks like Grandmom took the brunt of the water!

Three things happened today. Anna crawled up a step out of the baby pool and Elizabeth finally crawls all over--no more backing up and only going forward a few little crawls. Elizabeth also waves using her whole arm.
